Coach Tressel has guided his teams to 9 national title games.
Tressel also served as athletics director for a period of time while at Youngstown State.
In his career at YSU, Coach Tressel made 10 playoff appearances and played for the National Championship 6 times, winning 4 of those.
At the age of 33, Tressel left Ohio State to become the head coach at Youngstown St.
